To repent is to stop doing the wrong things and change to doing the right things as revealed by God. If people refuse to do this then there is no other alternative than the lake of fire.

God is fair and each person will be given a chance to change their lives and follow and obey Him, however there will come a time for some people who will refuse to obey God and love His way of life. To be fair to them and everyone else the lake of fire will be the only solution for them.

Luk 13:3  I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.

Mar 2:17  When Jesus heard it, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
