ANGELS
Angels are created
beings. Heb 1:5
For to which of the angels did He ever say:
YOU ARE MY SON, TODAY I
HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU ? And again: I WILL BE TO HIM A
FATHER, AND HE SHALL BE TO
ME A SON ? Angels are spirit
beings. Heb 1:7
And of the angels He says: WHO MAKES HIS
ANGELS SPIRITS AND HIS
MINISTERS A FLAME OF FIRE. They are sent to
minister to future heirs of salvation. Heb 1:14
Are they not all ministering spirits sent
forth to minister for those
who will inherit salvation? The Bible shows many
times where angels have spoken to
humans. Act 12:7
Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by
him, and a light shone in the
prison; and he struck Peter on the side and raised
him up, saying, Arise
quickly! And his chains fell off his hands. Luk 1:26
Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was
sent by God to a city of
Galilee named Nazareth, Luk 1:27
to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was
Joseph, of the house of
David. The virgin s name was Mary. Luk 1:28
And having come in, the angel said to her,
Rejoice, highly favored one,
the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women! Luk 1:29
But when she saw him, she was troubled at his
saying, and considered
what manner of greeting this was. Luk 1:30
Then the angel said to her, Do not be
afraid, Mary, for you have found
favor with God. Some of the angels have
remained faithful to God. Psa 91:11
For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your
ways. Some have turned away
from God and become evil. Psa 78:49
He sent on them the heat of His anger, wrath
and fury and trouble, by
sending evil angels. These evil angels await
judgment. 2Pe 2:4
For if God did not spare the angels who
sinned, but cast them down to
hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to
be reserved for judgment; Jud 1:6
And the angels who did not keep their proper
domain, but left their own
abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under
darkness for the judgment of
the great day; When Christ was
resurrected, He went down to hell and
preached to the spirits who were awaiting judgement. 1Pe 3:18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the
just for the unjust, that He
might bring us to God, being put to death in the
flesh but made alive by the
Spirit, 1Pe 3:19
by whom also He went and preached to the
spirits in prison, 1Pe 3:20
who formerly were disobedient, when once the
Divine longsuffering waited
in the days of Noah, while the ark was being
prepared, in which a few, that is,
eight souls, were saved through water. The angels were given a
free choice to follow good or
evil, just as we are, some have been faithful to God
and some have turned to
the devil and his ways. When we become spirit
beings we will judge angels. 1Co 6:3
Do you not know that we shall judge angels?
How much more, things that
pertain to this life? Heb 2:16
For indeed He does not give aid to angels,
but He does give aid to the
seed of Abraham. Angels do not know all
knowledge, they desire to know the
things of God, but are not given the things that the
called sons of God are. 1Pe 1:12
To them it was revealed that, not to
themselves, but to us they were
ministering the things which now have been reported
to you through those who
have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit
sent from heaven things
which angels desire to look into. The faithful angels
fight the evil angels and beat them. Rev 12:7
And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his
angels fought with the
dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, Rev 12:8
but they did not prevail, nor was a place
found for them in heaven any
longer. Rev 12:9
So the great dragon was cast out, that
serpent of old, called the Devil
and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast
to the earth, and his
angels were cast out with him. Gen 28:12
Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set
up on the earth, and its
top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God
were ascending and
descending on it. Gen 32:1
So Jacob went on his way, and the angels of
God met him. Luk 15:10
Likewise, I say to
you, there is joy in the
presence of the angels of God over one sinner who
repents. The
Arch Angel Michael. Michael contended with
the devil. Jud 1:9
Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with
the devil, when he
disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring
against him a reviling
accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke you! Involved with the
return of the Father. 1Th 4:16
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven
with a shout, with the
voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God.
And the dead in Christ will
rise first. Michael helped Christ
against the prince of Persia.
Michael is one of the chief princes. Dan 10:13
But the prince of the kingdom of Persia
withstood me twenty-one days;
and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came
to help me, for I had been
left alone there with the kings of Persia. Only Michael can help. Dan 10:21
But I will tell you what is noted in the
Scripture of Truth. (No one
upholds me against these, except Michael your
prince. Michael stands up for
Israel at the end time. Dan 12:1
At that time Michael shall stand up, The
great prince who stands watch
over the sons of your people; And there shall be a
time of trouble, Such as
never was since there was a nation, Even to that
time. And at that time your
people shall be delivered, Every one who is found
written in the book. Michael has his own
angels. Rev 12:7
And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his
angels fought with the
dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, It would appear that
the angels of God are those who have
remained faithful to God. The ones who have
followed Satan are evil angels and await
judgment of which we will play a huge part. |
